The Providence Group recently announced plans to start construction on the last 11 remaining home sites at the established Chamdun Place community located on Chamblee-Dunwoody Road. This sought after area has created much excitement from interested home buyers patiently waiting for home designs to be released. The Providence Group is pleased to announce that preliminary home designs are now available for viewing on their website including two master on the main plans and two plans with master bedrooms on the upper level.
 Chamdun Place will offer custom, single-family homes from the $400s with 2,728 to 3,190 square feet of luxury living.
