I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank so many folks from your organization for making the purchase of our new home here in Merrimont so easy and pleasurable.

I could go on at great length about the quality of this house, but the letter would take too long.  What is most impressive is the helpfulness, cooperation, and friendliness of everyone associated with this community.

As often as we bothered Soomy or Michelle in the sales office with the little details or problems we thought we had, they were always full of smiles and went out of their way to be helpful.  I just met Chris Paradis and he is carrying on the tradition.

Ely is another person who deserves credit.  His big smile and always present good humor, accompanied by his willingness to help with anything, any time, goes such a long way toward making the trauma of moving in to a new home so much easier.  For gosh sakes, even the workmen who are busy building and finishing the houses seem eager to help.  I think they reflect the personality of your company.

But most important is Bill Standish.  This is the fifth home we have lived in, and the third new house, and never before have we been associated with a builder who is so dedicated to quality as he is, and who pays so much attention to detail.   When we had our “walk through,” Bill found more minor imperfections to fix than we did, and he took care of them quickly and properly.  As busy as he is, he always has time to answer questions, and take care of the minor issues that always pop up in a new house.  Bill is an enormous credit to your organization and in many ways the standard to which so many others should spire.  He is such a nice guy that my wife and I even forgave him for being a Florida Gator fan.  (Our world revolves around the Miami Hurricanes.)

Thank you for building a wonderful home for us, for a very fair price, and thank you for your representatives at all levels who make living here such a pleasure.

Hello.  We just wanted to take a quick moment to tell you that Charles Studle has been so helpful to us as new homeowners here at Oldfield at Grant Park.  We realize that there will always be problems with any new construction.  The difference is that you have employees such as Charlie who are professional and very detail oriented.  This last year has brought its share of new homeowner problems and concerns.  Charlie has always been there to help us out and I personally appreciate that...he remembers that my “all night” work schedule means sometimes not to contact me too early in the morning.  Yet he seems to always get the job done promptly with a polite smile.  Please let him know we appreciate him being here and helping us out.  Please let his colleagues/supervisors know that he is very much an asset to your company.

This email is long overdue, but better late than never I hope!  We wanted to drop a quick note to say ‘thanks’ to Flip for working with us on the purchase of our new town home.  We are the infamous owners of Lot ###.  We were most likely talked about in many a sales meeting last summer!  We were supposed to close in July 2005 – after signing our contract in March.  Flip helped us a great deal and took care of changes we wanted to make to the house.  He was very patient and friendly during the entire process.  We never once found him to be anything other than smiling and helpful.

The true test of that patience came when we found out (the day before our close) that the people buying our house were unable to get their financing straight!  Having been in the business for quite a while, this wasn’t the first time he’d seen it happen.  It was, however, the first time he had to deal with us in that situation!  We expected our buyers to be able to close the following Wednesday, at the latest.  And then it was Friday.  And then it was the following Friday.  He knew how much we wanted the townhouse, but also knew that the sales staff wanted the house closed or back on the market. We finally had to make the tough decision to change our contract to allow us a 24 hour kick out and the house went back on the market.  One week after that very stressful day on what seemed like a never ending emotional roller coaster ride, we were finally able to close; more than a month after the original close date.

Throughout this entire process, Flip was honest with us regarding our options, and extremely professional.  He kept telling us that he had faith that it would close, we just had to be patient.  Without his down-to-earth and positive attitude, we probably would have given up much sooner!  Thankfully, though, we didn’t.

We are now living in Lot ###.  We were also very impressed with Wimpy during the walk though and closing, and continue to be equally impressed with the prompt service and level of quality we’ve received from Scott and Eddie.  Any issue we’ve brought to them has been resolved in a timely manner, and with a very friendly attitude.  We love our home and have enjoyed showing it off!  You are fortunate to have such a talented team of individuals working for you.

Again, we just want to say thanks for you help and patience, Flip!

Although my wife and I decided not to pursue our desire for a second home at Abberley Towneship, I just wanted to let you know that you have two of the best selling agents that I have ever met in Dana Bush and Sandy Laster.  Their professionalism, ability to answer all of our questions and concerns and knowledge of the builder and area were impressive.

My name is Charlie Davis and I recently purchased a condominium, in Oldfield of Grant Park community.

I had given earnest money to Park Row Condominiums, 1176 Boulevard Street, just down from the Oldfield community.  I was feeling very uneasy about a one-bedroom and the construction of Park Row.  With only hours left to change my mind, I stopped in at Oldfield.  Sandy greeted me with great enthusiasm and professionalism.  Sandy shared very knowledgeable and detailed information about the property and the construction.  We looked through the model and discussed my options.  I contacted my agent, Patricia McGoldrick, and started the process to purchase at Oldfield.  At this time, I knew this was the place for my new home.  Sandy made me feel very comfortable about the things I doubted about Park Row.

I am lucky to find myself ending up buying a new home at Three Bridges Community. Being a first time home buyer, I could not have asked for such a smooth sail throughout the journey of closing the home.

Sara, especially, has been fantastic. I signed the contract in the first week of December, 2010 and I wished I could close the home before the end of the year. I cannot believe Sara made that happen. She stayed on top of things, to help me close the house in such a short period of time. She was very responsive and paid extreme attention to answer all my questions.

My inspector has given an excellent feedback on the quality of the house. This speaks about the immaculate standards of construction. I have been given an excellent orientation on every detail of the house before closing. All the final touch ups have been completed by the time of my Orientation. I was so impressed by the turnaround time for finishing up on all the things I have asked for before orientation.

I just wanted to drop you a line and tell you how impressed I was with the recent transaction we completed at your Three Bridges Property.The transaction was the simplest and smoothest I have been through and there was not one bump in the road.  You handled all of my client'sconcerns immediately and he was thrilled.  The quality of the product is outstanding and your builder even took care of things we did not bring to his attention or even notice ourselves.  I was blown away at how the walkthrough was handled and there being not one punch list item.
